I chose a dress sizes around 12 Australian because it was taken in around the waist and hips to size 10. I have a 10E/F bust. However the dress has the silk tie at the back to tighten or let out, and it was suggested it's advisable to go a size smaller rather than bigger with this type of dress as the silk tie can be let out to accompany a larger size however can only be tighten to a point. I chose flats for my "park" photo shoot so not to sink into the grass, however this dress should be worn mostly with heels. I am 169cm tall. While in flats I found it too long. In heels it was perfectly just draping the ground. The train is just the right length, and just beautiful.
