Before I begin I would just like to congratulate you on this incredible journey ahead of you! Getting married isn't about what you buy and having the most expensive items- but it's about sharing a love between you and your best friend, your husband. This day is your day to shine and feel the most beautiful you have ever felt!

My name is Nora Ayad and I got married on October 18th 2015. Wearing this dress made me feel absolutely incredible and I only wish the best upon who wears it next.

Steven Khalil and I designed this dress in a time span of 15min as he knew exactly what it needed and how I wanted it. The detail is spectacular, where the lace is completely embedded in crystals, beads, sequence,pearls (you name it). With it not only being a fitted mermaid shape; you have the opportunity to wear both mermaid and "ball gown" on your wedding day. This was my dilemma as I didn't know what I wanted, so instead I got both designs.

The colour is more so Ivory/ White and the skirting has layers of lace sewn into the tule. To attach the skirt there are strong clip attachments hidden within the lace - so the skirt is fully secured. The veil has pearls hand sewn throughout and the clips have a scalloped lace attached (meaning a hair piece won't be needed). The back of the dress consists of a zipper of which stops as it gets to the netting. This then transforms into hand sewn buttons of which need to be manually done up. The arms also consist of buttons.

In terms of height I'm an average sized person and approximately 156cm in height without heels. My heel height was roughly 14cm.

I am a size 6-8 but I'd say this dress is comfortable for a size 8 AUS. With a good tailor this dress can easily be taken in to a size 6 AUS.

The dress has not been dry cleaned but I can negotiate something further.

After wearing my wedding dress all day it is in almost immaculate condition and definitely does not look second hand. It still looks like the Steven Khalil dress I first picked up.
