About the Dress

A beautifully structured dress made by award-winning designer Suzanne Neville, the Hope gown will truly make you feel like a princess on your wedding (it did on mine!). Made from exquisite Duchesse silk, it features a full, trained skirt as well as a corseted top and pockets (!)

Made measure for my wedding in May 2022, it was worn only once, dry-cleaned and is in almost perfect condition. I am a regular size 10 but tall 5'9" and wore 10cm heels - which means that you have plenty of length and can easily tailor it to fit your height. The built-in corset also allows for a lot of give, whilst providing the best support for dancing and twirling around. I worried about a strapless dress sagging but I shouldn't have, once in place it didn't move! The back has buttons to cover the corset so it can be adjusted.

The dress has been extensively dry cleaned but does have some very minor marks: mainly on the hem, (although if tailored it won't be a problem) and a small one on the back. The bustle will need redoing, but it also features a hand loop to carry the train.

I am happy to include a stunning cathedral veil that goes with the dress. If you would like to see more pictures or need further measurements, please let me know.
