“Really difficult experience here. I cannot recommend this platform, especially for international orders. I ordered a dress from a seller in Germany. After several weeks and multiple failed attempts to clear customs, the seller decided she was unable to get the dress to me and would need to provide a refund. I don't fault the seller for this; there seems to have been a complete lack of seller support from Stillwhite. If Stillwhite is prepared to broker international transactions, they should provide sellers with all of the required information to successfully ship internationally. The refund process is horrible. We both have somehow lost $90 on Paypal "fees" and are still not settled. I cannot recommend Stillwhite unless you're able to connect with your seller in person to pick up, as refunds for shipments that never arrive are hellacious to resolve and there is zero customer support.”
