Jenny Packham, Esme

It is with reluctance that I sell my beloved Esme Jenny Packham wedding dress.

It’s difficult to put into words how beautiful this dress is, how amazing I felt wearing it on my special day and the fantastic compliments I received. I now feel that it’s only fair that it goes to another home and makes someone else as happy as it made me.

So what can I say about the dress... If you know the Esme you may have noticed the alterations. Although I fell in love with this dress overall, my dream was always to have a low back and I find the v neck much more flattering on me. As such I redesigned this dress to truly be one of a kind and everything I wanted! I had the help of an incredible seamstress who worked magic on the beadwork (feel free to Google Esme and see the difference).

The overall effect is extremely elegant and vintage. The beading detail is stunning, Ivory & platinum beading and moonstone crystals cover the entire dress making it twinkle beautifully in the afternoon sunlight and candlelight. The open back is very flattering!

I bought it from a bridal shop in New Zealand as they ordered it direct from
Jenny Packham (uk) and had it made to my measurements. Obviously it has been worn once on my wedding day so it has got a few beads missing at the bottom and just a couple in the main section which is easily fixable. It comes in a Jenny Packham White bag.

I am 5ft 7 and wore 9cm heels so it would be absolutely ideal for someone who is an inch or more shorter as the wear at the bottom will disappear when you have it taken up.

This is a rare opportunity to buy the Esme which can no longer be ordered new. And this specific one which is truly one of a kind.
