If you're reading this you probably already know about Delphine Manivet. This dress is very french, very chic and very very beautiful. I bought this dress in a sample sale from Mews Bridal Clifton Bristol. Its a very soft silk chiffon crepe in an off white/ivory. It looks antique. Im pretty distraught not to be wearing it myself but our plans have changed....!

Ive had it cleaned and its near perfect. There is mark on the inside lining but its very faint. You could clean again should you wish but i wouldn't suggest its worth it! You absolutely cannot see it when wearing.

The big difference between this dress and the pictures are the sleeves. This dress finishes just below the elbow, 3/4 length rather than full length. Im not keen on the puff on the sleeve so was planning to have it adjusted to remove the 'puff' and use the fabric to mimic the band below the bust. The Mews said this would be simple and look nice but you may love the puff! You can see in a couple of the photos I've tucked it in!

The dress is beautifully light to wearing and gives an amazing simple sillouhette from the front and then has the incredible dramatic low back.

I am a tall size 10 and would need the dress taken in at the back and shortened. It is unaltered so you can have it made to fit your perfectly.
