Dress was dry-cleaned within a month of use and properly stored over the past 5 years.

Minor imperfection on the left side illusion strap, slight tear in fabric (not noticeable)
The champagne layer beneath the tulle got a bit dirty toward the end of the night when I took my shoes off (sadly it didn't completely come out when dry-cleaned) but overall it's minor and not an issue since no one sees this part of the dress.
