“although I eventually sold my dress in person, the first time I sold it to someone in America the dress did not fit them (posted from Australia). Although it is very clear you do not offer refunds for size issues, the customer created a dispute in PayPal. I have since learnt PayPal will almost always favour the customer. I then had to refund the customer and pay for shipping fees (I lost $400AUD). Overall a very stressful experience. The dress arrived with pet fur and a stain. I felt it is misleading for stillwhite to have writing such as 'no refunds for size difference', yet PayPal will over rule this.”

About the Dress

Custom Alena Leena dress based off the Armeria gown, 'features a delicate crinoline bustier, intricate drapery cascades across your body to sculpt and enhance your best features. The whole look is completed with a pleated frill tulle skirt.'

The bodice of this dress is completely custom made and unique, one of a kind. The 'Bridgerton Inspired' corset bodice is designed to fit flat against your body to create a romantic and hourglass shape. The satin belt is detachable. The full skirt with many layers of tulle creates a dramatic train behind the dress. The length of the dress was not altered.

Bust: 87cm (34.5")
Waist: 66cm (26")
Hips: 89cm (35" however hips honestly do not matter for A-line dresses)
Height: I am 164cm tall, wearing with 8cm heels

Fully dry cleaned with no damage or marks. Pristine condition. If you would like the veil too, happy to add this free of charge.

The total cost of this custom gown was $4,750 AUD.
