It has not been dry cleaned, but it doesn't have any significant stains - just dirt on the hem and train.

It has been slightly altered to be wider in the hips and tighter in the bust. I can recommend an excellent alterations expert if you need any alterations!

The belt was purchased separately, and I am willing to sell it for an extra $100 (it cost $200 new).
