This is the Karen Willis Holmes 'Kayla' dress. It's absolutely stunning and has many features.
Sequin top on the front and a sheer back with beautiful embroidery. Cute cap sleeves and a flowy chiffon skirt with train.
I actually bought this dress from Still White a few months ago. It's a size 8 and in hindsight I'm not sure what I was thinking because I'm normally a size 10 (with 10E bust) so it's too small for me. I can zip it up but it's just too tight and doesn't sit right. So word of warning if you are a 10E DO NOT buy this dress in a size 8!
So anyway I had great intentions of getting on the diet/exercise bandwagon but it didn't happen and honestly it is just too small for me. Anyway anyway I absolutely adore this style but couldn't find another Kayla in a size 10 so found the Grace Loves Lace 'Clare' dress instead as I was really keen on a cap sleeve.

I bought it off a beautiful girl with light brown that was swept up, her name is Johanna. I just checked and you can still find it easily. You'll see I paid $800. I'm selling for $800 as I want to get my money back :)
