About the Dress

The dress was bought as a size 30, but I lost quite a bit of weight before the wedding so it was taken in closer to a wedding dress size 28. On my wedding day I was a typical clothing size 22-24. I am 5'11 so no length was taken off the dress.
I also had the very last button on the corset reinforced, as well as a loop added to a button halfway down the train so that the train can be lifted and secured to make movement easier when wanted (dancing/walking around). You can see us talking about this with the bridal boutique assistant in the video (the dress I am wearing is a display dress and was yet to be taken in).
The dress has pockets, which I absolutely loved and it gave me an option to store my phone, mirror and lippy on the day.
It was very comfortable to wear and I thought it was really flattering. The dress just falls perfectly and the train was beautiful. I really felt like a princess and I know whoever buys it will feel the same.
I'd say the dress is in excellent condition for a 2nd hand dress. There are no tears or obvious marks. I paid £170 to have the dress professionally dry cleaned. There really are no obvious stains or marks on the dress, you really have to look closely to find them, mostly at the back very bottom hem where the train touched the floor, but again it is barely noticeable. And may come out completely with a 2nd dry clean. If you look closely at the front dress, there is a tiny (less than a mm), very light pink/red mark, which is likely from make up. But again you need to look for it up close to see it. The photo of the dress hanging alone in my room is after the dry clean and you can see there are no visible marks, even if you try zooming in to the picture, you won't be able to see it. I just don't want to say it is in perfect condition when it is worn and if you look hard enough obviously you will see an imperfection.
