“I gave Stillwhite 5 stars because when I finally purchased a dress, the experience was what I believe was the ultimate purpose and goal of this site. But it took me over a year and trying to buy 4 different dresses from 4 different sellers before I was successful. The first seller told me it would be too difficult for her to ship her dress to my location as we were in different countries. Sellers two and three stopped communicating completely. Which was very disappointing after having looked at thousands of dresses (literally), to finally finding one, and then to have two consecutive sellers stop responding completely. I honestly started to believe that all the red "sold" notifications (posted on dresses that sell) were fake and being used as ploy by the site. But the 4th and final seller was quick to respond and the transaction was smooth and seamless. She was forthcoming with information about the dress as well as with pictures/videos. I would recommend the site, but I would give yourself ample time to find your perfect dress. And realize that the sellers are people and that you may run into issues that come with dealing with people.”
