Brand New, still has tags, never worn (tried on in store, but had it shipped for size 22), no alterations. Looks BEAUTIFUL on! The sequin fabric and the beaded lace embellishments are stunning. The plunging v-neck adds sexiness to the dress and makes you look like you have a slimmer waist. I absolutely adore this dress, but it turned out to be too small as I am a 24 and this is best for 20/22.
