This gorgeous dress is stunning from head to toe! I bought it from Essence of Australia in a standard size 24, street size I am a 16/18 but am top heavy so often have to go for a bigger size in dresses. I had some alterations made including adding sleeves...

Alterations
- Dress Alterations:
- The length was cut to suit my height (172cm tall with a 6cm heels)
- The dress has a train so I had a bussle added at the back to hold it up while dancing - there are 3 clear buttons at the waist at the back that link to 3 ribbon bows on the back of the dress, the middle ribbon can be found by looking down the middle of the dress, the other two are higher up to the left and right of that centre bow
- Sleeves were added (double layer of tulle) with flowers from the dress cut offs, the length is 3/4 and has an elastic cuff so you can move the sleeves higher or lower as needed
- The back was originally quite bare/backless, so I had them add afew cms of fabric to cover more of the back and they added the loop buttons - as seen in pictures, this holds it perfectly in place, the dress did not move all evening
- The fabric came from the cut offs of the dress length and looks flawless! It looks as though the dress was originally made like that
- Total cost of alterations was $1000
