Milla Nova, Matilda

Brand new Milla Nova ballgown worn for ONLY 3 HOURS as I also had other dresses for the evening.

This wedding gown is what dreams are made of. After trying 50+ dresses across different boutiques in Canada from Vera Wang, to Berta, to Galia Lahav, this gown was the clear winner. I absolutely fell in love with the modern feel and contemporary cuts of Milla Nova. I was a bit weary at first since I discovered the brand on socials, but when I got a chance to view their gowns in person, I was ecstatic to find that the quality of their fabrics and construction is incredible! On a whole other level of luxury compared to the many gowns (at similar price points) I saw at high-end stores like Kleinfeld. I bought this for ~$3500 CAD after taxes and fees. It is made from royal mikado, with off-the-shoulders bodice and a grand train that is such a statement maker! I love that it also has hidden side-seams pockets - because no bride is wearing a purse on their wedding day! You really don't have to compromise on beauty, grace, drama, or function with this one.

Comes with
1. A bustle so you have the option to dance all night (even with a large train!)
2. A matching ivory veil (as pictured - it's so SO soft!)
3. A fabric garment bag (as well as a separate plastic cover to protect it from the rain)
4. Original tags for the dress

Note: There are no scuff marks or anything at all on the outside of the dress. This is true even at the ends (to my surprise, honestly.) There are subtle marks at the bottom on the inner fabric facing the ground since we took some pictures outside - but it is completely hidden underneath the dress and nothing you can see on the outside!
