“The platform is user intuitive and a nice resource. It took a long time to sell a dress. My biggest gripe is that pay pal is the only option for payouts and there is no warning that there will be a fee, and it’s not a low fee it was like $30. I would have included that in shipping and fees. It also had some instruction for shipping and getting a quote but it did not tell me to make sure to include insurance in the quote until after she had paid. So I also wasn’t able to include that in the sale price or fees. Both of those things should be made more clear and upfront for sellers to keep in mind.”
