Alterations
I am 5'6" and wore 3" heels. A bra was installed for a comfortable fit. I bought a size 10, even though I am usually a 6 or 8. I needed the room in the hips. A loop was put at the back of the hem to act as a bustle.

Details
Condition: Used - The bottom 1/2" of the hem did not come out clean. If you are going to shorten the dress, this will not be seen.
