About the Dress

After getting engaged I very quickly purchased this beautiful (and very unusual) light ivory 'McKenna' dress from American bridal designer Leanne Marshall and had it altered, to then have an inconvenient complete change of heart on the style of dress I wanted!

It retails at $1270.00 and is comprised of a silk charmeuse bodice, silk chiffon skirt and silk charmeuse lining. It's very good quality and has been made beautifully.

This dress is new and has never been worn, bar to try it on. As it has been altered to my measurements it is now sitting more at a size 4/small size 6, and I have had the front of the skirt hemmed to be floor length, with the train tapering round at the back. The length of the silk chiffon skirt from the waist to the floor is 106cm. It is currently with my seamstress and I will be receiving it back in June. I can ship worldwide, on express delivery if necessary. Please note it has one very, very small black dot on the back of the skirt - this was already there when it arrived and is very unnoticeable. I'm more than happy to provide images for reassurance.

Please note some of the images show the dress in the 'Blush' colourway - this dress is in the LIGHT IVORY colourway. This is because some of the images from the Blush I feel are truer to the style and fit of the dress! I will post more images of it on once I have it back from my seamstress, which will be sometime in June.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. I have reduced the price as I'd rather the dress be able to be enjoyed by someone who might only have a smaller budget. I'm open to negotiations if your budget is smaller! :)
