Stunning Suzanne Neville Sapphire dress from the 2020 Flores collection. Simple and elegant, made from luxurious Mikado silk which catches the light beautifully with a soft, subtle shine. The internal corset gives a fantastic silhouette, then the bodice closes with silk buttons at the back. The label says UK size 12, but that's couture sizing so definitely closer to a street size UK 8 or 6. Comes with a detachable tulle underskirt to keep the shape of the (relatively short) train, with the option to bustle the back of the dress for dancing. It even has pockets!

The dress is surprisingly comfortable to wear all day long and to sit down in. I especially loved that the dress moved with me very easily, and that it fell beautifully whichever way I turned (no need for bridesmaids to be constantly watching out for / adjusting your dress and train).

The dress has come out very well with professional dry cleaning. There are some very light marks remaining on the inside of the hem of the dress which haven't been completely removed, but these are not visible when the dress is worn.
