This original Martina Liana #1453 gown was customized to fit my desires for a Vivienne Westwood inspired look. The designer altered the neckline to add an additional 1.5in to the boning on either side of the bodice to create a more scooped and flattering effect for the bust. The leg slit adds for a tasteful bit of leg and allows the dress more mobility. She’s absolutely stunning and was a treat to wear!
The dress retails for ~$3,000 and we added ~$600 worth of customization and alterations

Alterations
- Minor alterations were made to the corseted top to fit my measurements
- In addition the removable sleeve was altered to be a but tighter and sit over the shoulder, which creates a more seem-less neckline
- Snaps were added to create this effect, the original slouch sleeve length remains if one wished to wear it in a looser fashion
- We decided to install a “ballroom bustle” as it is more discreet and compliments the flow of the silk fabric
