Markarian Lena Strapless Draped Corset Bodice Gown in Ivory Floral Brocade: Spring/Summer 2023

This stunning dress has a modern yet classic vintage look at the same time. The fabric is a lovely subtle floral brocade in a light ivory. It is very comfortable and does not shift down at all thanks to the internal adjustable bodice with boning structure (see photo). It has a lovely draped bodice that hugs the body and fits tight to the waist. The fabric has a nice weight to it without being heavy and has a nice draping which gives you a "snatched" waist look. It is lined with 100% silk making it very light to wear and soft on the skin. It is easy to move, dance, sit and eat in and I never felt restricted or that it was too tight.

Details include a side draped bow that extends into a long sash, which hangs about 2" onto the ground. I chose to have the bow steamed to be a bit flatter but it can be "puffed" more if preferred. This dress is one length all around with no additional train, and has a slit that hits just above the knee.

Stored in garment bag in smoke free home, dry cleaned with no stains or tears
