Dress is 138cm from bust to floor and then 187 cm included train. Alterations: 1. I had boning added to the corset so that it sits better and more secure and extra lace added to the bust for a more modest coverage. 2. I had the sleeves detached and then had a gripping elastic band stocked inside the sleeves so they didn’t fall down during the day. Plus I had additional lace added to the bottom of the sleeves so it gave some coverage on my wrists. 3. There are 3 bustle hooks discretely added to secure the train for the evening. 4. There are 5 buttons which are loose on the back of the dress so would need extra stitching, but otherwise the dress has come back as good as new from a dry clean. The alterations came to a total of £400 but are universal for the next bride wearing this dress. I’ll post in original boxing and if interested, I have shoes which were never worn along with the veil and glove I can include. Feel free to ask me any questions.
