Suki Rosen (Philadelphia, USA) dress from 1982. Dress has pearled spaghetti straps, but there is also an optional overshirt that is embroidered/pearled and has long sleeves with buttons and lace. Dress comes with underslip with 3 layers, including tulle. Dress and headpiece have long trains, but they can be bustled as indicated in picture. There is also an accompanying money bag. Dress was hermetically sealed and only opened this past week (January 2025). Certificates indicating this warranty accompany dress. Only flaws are one missing button on overshirt and one missing hook for an eye. I was 5'2" and wore one inch heels. A great dress for a hot/humid environment. I survived in it on a 95 degree, very humid day.
