Measurements
Tulle ballgown with hand applique embellished lace and illusion neckline and cap sleeves. Modern yet very classic gown with a bodice that is slightly sheer and illusion top overlay that turns into small cap sleeves. The back also has the illusion but it opens up & dips into a V to showcase an "open back" style. Underneath the overlay is a strapless bodice that is slightly sweetheart.
