horrible experience with paypal and stillwhite. I sold a dress to an international buyer, spent a ton of time sharing photos/videos, then they received the dress and claimed it was inaccurately represented when in reality it just didn't fit them. the dress was returned to me in horrible condition, I wasted a ton of time shipping this when I could have sold it over that timeframe, and lost money in paypal fees. it's a horrible experience for the seller on stillwhite and through paypal. I should have been weary of previous reviews that said the same. I just didn't want to deal with the process of filing a claim and all the back and forth given the huge hassle this had already been so allowed the buyer to send it back to me but this overall was a huge waste of my time and energy. I will strongly advise against any sellers using stillwhite or paypal to sell their wedding dress. the support I received in responses from stillwhite were kind but not necessarily helpful as they stated they were a third party and didn't actually resolve anything for me. do not recommend.
