Condition Report: Excellent Condition. While this gown does not meet Twelve South Bridal’s internal quality control standards, it has only been tried once and remains in an excellent condition. A minor 2.5cm water mark is present on the back right side, but the original tags are intact, and the colour remains true to its original warm ivory tone. Overall, these slight imperfections are cosmetic and do not affect the gown’s overall appearance or structural integrity but may require minor spot cleaning to restore to a pristine condition.
