“I've bought 2 dressed from the site, wedding and reception. communication and negotiation was easy, payment was easy, and the search tool is fantastic I was able to find exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is there wasn't an estimate or warning about how high tariffs are. i brought one dress from cananda and if I knew the tariff was 25% of the cost of the dress i would not have purchased outside the US. I still havent paid it and it ruined my dress budget I thought I was getting a fantastic deal and now I have another huge bill hanging over my head.”
