I am 167cm and wore relatively flat shoes, with only a small one inch heel(pictured). The dress would fit a size 8.

The dress has been professionally cleaned and minor repairs so that the dress is good as new again, other than a small discolouring at the very bottom due to dragging on the floor but this is not noticeable at all when worn.
