Measurements are based off the Willowby by Watters size chart. It is a size 10 and fits like a European size 14 (which is standard bridal sizing). It has some visible imperfections. The visible imperfections include some loose/broken stitching around the illusion fabric neckline and back neckline, a few missing pearl buttons, some loose threads, a dirty hemline in various areas on lining and lace, and a large tear in the train near the hem.
