Stunning dress by Fashions by Farina (the store was open for 60 years, now closed). Bought off the rack and then covered in Swarovski crystals. Beautiful embroidery of flowers on the bust and all over the skirt / train. Layers of tulle underneath and I also wore a hoop underneath to give the extra shape. It has a pin up train which is great for the party afterwards. It has been dry cleaned and kept in a box with many many layers of tissue paper to keep it protected and fresh. I am 166cm and wore mid heels. Waist is 13.5 inch straight across (so doubled and in cms is approx 68-70cm). Happy to ship anyway but postage price needs to be confirmed when the buyer is confirmed.
