The dress is in three parts - the mini dress, the puff sleeves and the long skirt. The sleeves just pull over your arms and are not attached to the dress at all. The long skirt is removable and I had some poppers added to the back of my mini to ensure it stayed attached. These could be removed easily if needed. Let me know if there are any questions / any more photos or measurements are needed.
