Upon a flat surface, unworn, the waist measures 14.5 inches across.
Worn for a photoshoot, shows signs of scuffs from being tried on, but these could be easily removed.
Please note the inner tulle layers hang in irregular pieces to add volume to the skirt area, this design is intentional.

The heavily embroidered skirt flows into a breathtaking train.
Ribbon at waist is not included, any ribbon can be substituted.
