About the Dress

The dress was originally designed as an A line, but I wore it with a petticoat underneath, which gave it more of a ball gown silhouette. With the petticoat, it suits a height of 5'8"; without it, the length works better for someone around 5'10". I am 5'5½" and wore 3" heels.

I’m happy to include the petticoat and veil if you’d like them. The dress also comes with extra floral appliqué in case any touch ups are needed, and I have additional fabric left over from hemming. Happy to have you try the dress on in person if you're in the Boston area.

Alterations

The dress was hemmed and slightly taken in at the waist and chest. An internal corset style bodice was added for structure; it’s removable, but the seamstress recommended it, and said that dresses with this design typically require that support. Removable bra cups (sized 32A) were also added for coverage.
