Responsive, timely, thorough communication and made the first time process so easy! Dress is as pictured and sized (already planned alterations so larger was fine with me) and in very good condition. Purchased for a private ceremony and will be wearing on a mountain so the price was excellent for the quality and design I wanted. Very happy
