The dress is brand new. Bought it April 2024, and it is unaltered. The dress is a street/pant/ dress size 4. I wear a 32B bra size and there is a lot of altering that needed to be done to try to fit my chest area, can definitely fit up to a 36B. I am 5’4 in height and was wearing 3” inch heels where it hit exactly at the toes.. the dress might be short for anyone above the height of 5’6
