Essense of Australia, D1158

The dress is/was magnificent! On the happiest day of my life the dress was somehow even more perfect. I felt so confident and natural in it!

It's both understated, yet outstanding. The shape for me (kind of hour glass). Happily married and now a size 14 now so can't get it on to show you.

It is a straightish/ curved ish bust which is beautifully engineered bodice and then the sheer lacy fabric goes over one shoulder. There is a small train, with loops to pick it up, it's in perfect condition after a dry day and professional couture dry cleaning (we were married in France - and my mother in law took is to Chanel, yes really ! ).

There is tiniest of 'pulled threads' on the bodice but is hidden - I'll tell you where it is when we chat but if I didn't you would not find it :-).

The bodice is adjustable with a silk bow and a kind of elastic kind of bra arrangement/bustier (internal obvs). I am 34 D and wore no bra ... gorgeous fit. Managed a massive 7 course French lunch with ease, probably why I'm easily a size 14 now tbf.

The embroidered flowers have little tiny diamanté and the silk ( I think it is polyester but it's LUXURY fabric!) tie for the bodice at the back is perfect - no damage whatsoever. The detail is magical.

Other than this was the happiest day of my life ( or start of many happy days) then I can't add to the description. We are moving house and I think it's time to stop taking it out of the bag and staring at it!

I hope I am right about the material - I just followed other Essense ofAustralia posts as I don't know what it is really.

I can't think of a more beautiful object that I own .. I hope you share my happiness!
