Reluctantly parting with my bespoke Karen Willis Holmes gown.
Purchased brand new for my 2024 wedding and sadly have limited storage for it.
Bodice is the ‘Taryn’ and skirt is the ‘Kirstin’ - I could never find this combination anywhere pre-loved, and fell in love with the clean lines and simple elegance of the two. The Kirstin is the perfect amount of fuller skirt without being too puffy.
The Mikado fabric is stunning and provides the right amount of structure without being too full or stiff. The bodice gives the perfect amount of support - I did not have to readjust the dress all day, and could still dance the night away.
The dress also comes with a fabric belt that can be worn along the bodice and skirt line, however I chose not to wear it to keep the lines simple and clean.
Size 10 and has only been altered to bring up the hemline and slightly deepen under the armpits (as they came quite high and cut in). Loops have also been added to bustle.
Has been professionally dry cleaned by a bridal specialist and preserved, in perfect condition - can provide the dry cleaners’ “after” photos if needed.
Located on the Sunshine Coast, QLD but can post at buyers expense.
