I wore this Oscar de la Renta gown for my wedding ceremony on May 1st, 2025, after purchasing it from the Oscar boutique in Paris just a few months prior. It made me feel completely like myself — elegant, confident, and comfortable. The fabric and silhouette are incredibly flattering, and it’s a piece that truly speaks for itself.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in excellent condition. There was a small tear under the arm from all the dancing, but it was carefully repaired by a skilled tailor and is now good as new.

I’ve decided to part with it to give someone else the chance to feel just as amazing in it. It’s far too special to sit in a closet — it deserves to be worn and celebrated again.

Please note: The veil is not included, as I’ve chosen to keep it as a keepsake.

Alterations

The dress was originally a size 8, which I purchased off the rack due to time constraints
I had it professionally altered by Oscar de la Renta’s in-house team to fit my true size (approximately a size 2 / XS)
We also adjusted the shoulder draping by taking in about 2cm on each side to bring it closer to my shoulders — a subtle change that made the silhouette even more flattering
