Hayes Bridal, Jude Gown

The Jude Gown by Hayes Bridal was an absolute dream to wear!!

I adored everything about this dress. It was so comfortable and very easy to move and mingle in. The gown is bias cut with a soft v neck. It is made in heavy weight ivory 100% silk heavy crepe de chine and lined in a silky bamboo/viscose. It falls beautifully on the body but does not cling, crease or crinkle. It is stunning and the perfect weight.
There is a botton up bustle at the back so the train can be tucked under nicely which was great for the dance floor and it also has a loop if you want the train still out for photos but easy to wrap around your hand. The back of the dress has a tie which can either be tied into a bow, a loose knot or can be paired with one of Hayes Bridals beautiful blouses (I did not wear).

I am a pretty standard size 10. I am based near Dunedin and got a sample sent down from Auckland to try on. Alice then made my gown based on the measures listed. My measurements were probably slightly smaller on wedding day but not drastically. I did have the dress hemmed locally once it arrived. I am 163 cm tall and wore 7cm heels.
