“Overall I have had a good experience using stillwhite. I have now sold 2 dresses. My one complaint is the shipping - when a buyer makes an offer, the seller confirms and confirms the cost of shipping at this point the buyer does not have the shipping address or zip code. So getting an accurate estimate shipping is very difficult. Also takes multiple rounds of going to the post office because first you need to get the shipping estimate then wait however many hours for the buyer to confirm the order then go back. Shipping through other platforms such as eBay has never been as much of an obstacle.”
