One size brand new Wadibani ruffle tulle overskirt by Pronovias. Only tried on at dress fittings but didn’t wear on my wedding day so has never been worn for a long period of time or outside.
(One size - had to put a size on advertisement)
Adds drama to any dress! Can be removed if want to change up look.
Doesn’t have a belt, some shops added it rather than pinning to dress
