It’s a 1920s inspired gown by Liz Martinez. The lining is a champagne tulle, and there are THOUSANDS of delicate beads. It's amazing. I bought at a sample sale because it's such a good deal (the full dress (this is just the top without the tulle skirt) goes for $10K USD retail, but I bought this piece for $3k), but I don't have enough time or energy to get it fixed before my wedding.
It comes with a flat scarf that can be used to wrap around the neck.
