Jane Hill, Huntleigh

This gorgeous Huntleigh dress by Jane Hill was my dream gown for my special day, and it deserves to be worn again. Crafted from luxurious ivory crepe, its sleek silhouette beautifully hugs the body, enhancing all the right curves. I felt absolutely snatched in this dress!

One of my favorite features is the exquisite overskirt that can be removed for an evening ready look.

This dress was purchased in an 8 and had slight alterations to the length and around the waist. I’m a UK 6 with a 32D chest, 166cm tall and the dress had a train/additional length at the back when wearing it. I had detachable sleeves made for the dress but they went missing later in the evening! There are still buttons inside the dress to fix them onto if you wish to have some sleeves made by a seamstress.

The dress has some obvious mud and grass stains at the very bottom of the hem, but the rest of the dress is in good condition. The dress would need to be altered slightly in length to remove the stains at the bottom. As the dress has a train, there is length to do this.

Alternatively, the over skirt is a long dramatic style, and would hide the stains if they were not removed and you were not intending to remove the overskirt.
