Dress was made to measure (I'm a size 6). It was so comfortable to wear. The corset keeps the weight of the gown on your hips and really defines your waist and decolletage.

If your waist is slightly larger you could take out the cinching in the corset. It was tailored in a way that means it can be loosened (prob ~1inch) easily.

Chest 32"
Waist 27-28"
Hips 42" (less important as is not fitted here)
Height 5ft 6 plus the three inch heels I wore
