I purchased this gorgeous overlay as a second look for my wedding but ended up not wearing it. I fell in love for its effortlessly elegant, sheer, layered look. Many other brands available online were twice the price or not quite the same quality, often constructed of a thicker organza.

Perfect for the minimalist bride at a range of bridal or formal events from engagement party, elopement, civil ceremony, rehearsal dinner, wedding, to reception. It's lightweight without a train which would be easy to move in while dancing. So beautiful when layered with a silky slip dress underneath. The silhouette is romantic and refined. I felt it has a subtle nod to vintage pieces with a timeless, clean appeal. The godets add so much movement to create a voluminous skirt with the right amount of drama.

I'm a pear shape with fuller hips and a small bust, because the dress style is naturally bigger in the hips it fits fine. I originally purchased a Large based on Kamperett's sizing guide which was too big.
