Brand new with tags, not worn except for trying on, not altered. Dress has a structured top at the front but sides and back are sheer, buttons and loops at low back. Horsehair hem for structure. Selling because it’s gorgeous but it’s not my dress and I am hoping someone can snag their dress for a steal.
