Willowby by Watters, Corella (Includes Veil and Hair Accessory)

The Corella gown from Willowby by Watters is an elegant dream! Its sheer lace is artfully placed to reveal the most flattering curves of a bride's figure, and slips over a silky nude-colored chemise to give a beautiful peek-a-boo effect. The dress' comfortable V-neckline allows for a backless breath of fresh air, gracefully leading the eye to a line of covered buttons skimming over the seat. Its luxurious fit-and-flare train flows into a round pool on the floor, but can also be bustled up just below the seat for dancing.

I purchased this gown as a sample from a bridal salon, new but having been tried on before. I’ve taken gentle care of the dress since buying, and it is still in excellent condition without any signs of wear. The gown has been professionally cleaned and feels like new! Along with the Corella, I’m including a matching cathedral-length (118”) mantilla veil with attached comb. The veil’s hand-embroidered ivory flowers and leaves perfectly match the dress’ bohemian lace detailing, and the translucent train on the veil beautifully echoes the gown’s train. I had it professionally cleaned along with the wedding gown, and it is in like-new condition. This Spanish-style veil truly elevates an already timeless look!

I’m also adding in a 2-piece set of gold-trimmed pearl and porcelain-leaf hair pins. I wore these underneath the veil for the ceremony, and then uncovered for the reception. This delicate hand-crafted accessory was the perfect finishing touch for my bridal ensemble, and allowed me to have two distinct hair looks with only one styling session.
