Syntia wedding dress is a delight. It is flawless in its speciality, beauty and fitting. Made of small dots fabric, interesting lace with pearls and hand embroidery flowers. Long magnificent sleeves and an open back complete the look. The additional overskirt adds to dress of lightness and delicate, and allows you to change outfits.
I wore this dress for the evening reception. It was initially my only dress and I purchased a beautiful, expensive overskirt that was an option to have with the dress for £500. This was to wear in the day and then remove in the evening. I never wore the overskirt in the end as I ended up having a different dress for the ceremony and this dress without the overskirt I wore for the evening reception. I have included the untouched overskirt in the overall price of the dress but I would be willing to sell it as a seperate item for £300.
The dress is very intricately beaded with sequins and ivory beaded flowers that goes into a beautiful flowly tulle (non beaded) train. The overskirt is a flowy tulle overskirt with just a touch of beading at the band.
The alterations made were for me and the waist area would suit a size 10 UK but the bust area is more of a D cup.
I am 5'1 but my heels that I wore with this dress were 6 inch platforms. This dress would be ideal for someone approx 5'3-5 that would not want to wear such incredibly high heels or someone more petite like me that wants to brave such heels.
In my pictures with my husband I look tiny but I should point out that he is 6'5!
The dress is dry cleaned.
