I’m 5'2" and wore 4-inch heels. The only alteration I had done was hemming the bottom, and I still have the extra fabric in case someone taller needs it.

I actually lost 6 lbs before the ceremony (after the alterations—yikes!), and it still fit beautifully. It’s such a forgiving dress whether you’re a bit smaller or a bit bigger.
