No alterations of any kind have been made. The dress currently has a train but can be hemmed to look more like the photo of the dress on their website. The straps on the arm can be brought in for a more fitted look or be altered and removed fully. The dress has built in cups and a bra strap to ensure it stays up and doesn't slide down.
This dress has never been worn except to try on as seen in the photos. I ultimately found a different dress I fell in love with.
